550 SQFT Repair & Restoration For Back Patio

This 550 sq ft patio was originally installed with the entire surface sloping toward the foundation — a serious failure that would have eventually caused water damage, shifting pavers, and ongoing issues. The previous installation was done incorrectly, and there was no shortcut fix.

We lifted all 550 square feet of pavers and rebuilt the patio properly from the ground up. The base was re-graded, additional stone was added where needed, and everything was compacted to eliminate future settling, puddling, or uneven areas.

Using a precision laser level, we reinstalled the patio with the correct slope away from the house, ensuring water sheds properly and never sits on the pavers — and more importantly, never reaches the foundation.

Once the patio was fully rebuilt, we pressure washed the surface and installed new high-quality polymeric sand to lock everything in and give the patio a clean, finished look.

The result: a level, stable patio that drains exactly as it should and will hold up long-term. Marissa and Carm were extremely happy with the outcome and left us a 5-star Google review after the project was completed.
