This project was a full interlock repair after the homeowners were scammed by a previous contractor two years earlier while they were out of the country. The work had been left unfinished, improperly installed, and structurally unsound.
We removed and disposed of large sections of failed concrete and carefully sourced replacement pavers that closely matched the existing material. While new pavers take time to weather in, this ensured a seamless visual match long-term.
From there, we re-leveled the entire area, corrected grades and elevations, and fully relaid approximately 800 square feet of pavers. Special attention was paid to aligning everything flush with the pool coping, ensuring proper drainage, safety, and clean transitions.
Once the pavers were reset, we installed high-quality polymeric sand to lock the joints and finished the project with a final pressure wash to deliver a clean, finished surface.
This project wasn’t about cosmetics — it was about correcting improper work, restoring structure, and giving the homeowners peace of mind after a bad experience.
