For this project, we completed a full pressure wash across approximately 2,000 square feet, including the driveway, sidewalk, and back patio.
Upon inspection, we also found areas of the driveway that had begun sinking. Once the surface was fully cleaned, we lifted and relayed those sections to correct the settlement before moving forward.
The project took three full days and included pressure washing, targeted repairs along the side of the house and driveway, and the final installation of polymeric sand.
Polymeric sand installation is timing-dependent, so we waited for proper hot, dry conditions to ensure correct curing. On the final day, the sand was compacted and swept multiple times to fully seat it deep into the joints before activation.
These pavers are over 50 years old and had not been pressure washed in more than a decade. The restoration brought them back to life while significantly extending their usable lifespan.
The homeowner, Keith Dawson, was extremely happy with the results and left us a five-star Google review.
