Ross reached out to us because he’s planning to sell his home next year and wanted to address several failing paver areas before listing.

The front driveway had significant settlement near the garage — which is common due to repeated vehicle load. We lifted approximately seven feet from the garage, corrected the slope, and reset the pavers to sit flush with the concrete driveway lip. This eliminated bumps and created a smooth, seamless transition when driving in and out.

We also addressed settlement at the front walkway. The existing step height had increased to approximately nine inches, which is not to code and poses both a safety and liability concern. We lifted and relaid the pavers to bring the step height back to approximately 6.5 inches, restoring proper code-compliant access.

To finish the project, we installed high-quality polymeric sand to lock the joints and added concrete edge restraint along the front walkway to prevent future movement and lateral spread.

The result is a structurally sound, code-compliant, and visually seamless entryway — exactly the kind of correction work that protects resale value and prevents future issues.
