This 350 sq ft patio required a full restoration — a pressure wash alone wasn’t even close to enough.

Severe weed growth had taken over the joints, and multiple low and heaved areas had developed, especially near the foundation where the pavers were sinking. To fix it properly, the entire patio had to be lifted.

All pavers were removed and pressure washed, the existing base was re-compacted, and additional high-performance chip stone was installed to improve drainage and long-term stability. Using a high-precision rotary laser, we re-established all heights and grades to ensure proper slope away from the foundation — a critical step to prevent future settling and water issues.

Once the base was corrected, the pavers were reinstalled and finished with a clean black border, a popular upgrade that adds contrast and makes the entire patio stand out.

This project delivered a fully restored, properly graded patio built to drain correctly and last. A full video testimonial from Robert is available on our website.
