For this project, we removed all failed polymeric sand from both the front and backyard hardscape areas and fully cleaned out the joints.

The homeowners had their patio and front walkway installed less than a year earlier, but the polymeric sand failed prematurely due to improper installation. They reached out to us to correct the issue properly.

We returned the following day to install grey polymeric sand under the correct conditions, ensuring full joint depth, proper compaction, and proper activation so the material could cure as intended.

This installation is backed by a two-year guarantee, giving the homeowners confidence that the joints will remain locked and stable.

The homeowners were happy enough with the results that we’re already scheduled to return next season to complete their full pool project — a strong indicator of trust after the repair was done right.
