Pool Area Poly Sand & Pressure Washing in Ancaster

This project was an 850 sq ft poolside interlock refresh focused on joint restoration and long-term durability.

We completely removed the old mildew and failing polymeric sand by blasting out all joints using a commercial-grade pressure washer with a turbo nozzle, ensuring the joints were fully cleared and ready for proper reinstallation.

After allowing the pavers and joint lines to dry completely, we returned the following day to install high-quality Alliance Gator polymeric sand. The sand was swept in and compacted to drive it fully to the bottom of the joints, maximizing strength and longevity. A final sweep ensured the joints were completely filled and properly locked in.

The result was a clean, restored patio with a fresh, uniform look and joints built to last.

The client, San, was extremely happy with the outcome and has already scheduled us to return next season to build a retaining wall.
