We completely revitalized the client’s driveway with a full lift-and-relay process. First, we removed the pavers and re-sloped the surface to correct uneven areas. We eliminated approximately one inch of the old bedding layer and thoroughly compacted the base using a high-powered compactor to ensure long-term stability. Next, we installed a fresh leveling layer using our one-eighth chipstone high-performance bedding material. Once the base was perfectly leveled, the pavers were carefully reset, eliminating all heaves, bumps, and ruts for a smooth, even finish. To complete the project, we gave the surface a deep wash and applied premium polymeric sand for strong, maintenance-free joints that will last for years. Finally, we applied a wet-look sealer to protect the pavers from water and grime while enhancing their natural color with a clean, glossy finish. For added design and durability, we installed an elegant onyx black border around the driveway and constructed a new retaining wall beside the front entrance, giving the space a polished and modern curb appeal.
